Welded Bed Plate For Flanges Of Ship Pipe
Flange welded double-sided bottom plates are generally used for connecting valves, accessories or pipes on both sides of the bottom plate when the pipeline passes through the deck and the tank. Compared with the single-sided seat plate, the double-sided seat plate has an additional shoulder and double-sided mounting studs. The outer diameter of the shoulder is 10-20mm larger than that of the corresponding flange, and the thickness of the shoulder is 6-12mm. Its scope of application and other structural dimensions are basically the same as those of the single-sided floor. Its manufacturing and installation method is basically the same as that of the single-sided bottom plate, but when drawing the position of the screw holes, the positions of the upper and lower screw holes on the bottom plate must be staggered and must not overlap; the diameter of the opening on the deck or bulkhead is 2~3mm larger than the diameter of the bottom plate.
